Gerry Edtl literally grew up in the Disaster Restoration industry. His dad owned a franchise in Oregon, and his formative years were spent doing door-to-door sales, cleaning, and working as a technician.
Gerry came to uniquely understand the international franchising business by serving 34 years with ServiceMaster. For nineteen years he worked as a franchise turnaround specialist. His unique ability to bring out the highest levels of productivity in each team member has made him a highly sought after business development leader. In fifteen years as a business consultant, international speaker, educator, and seminar presenter, Gerry developed multiple sales and customer service programs that earned him the respect of business owners and their key managers.
Gerry’s ability to work with teams has enabled him to successfully turn around every business he has worked in during his career.
Gerry’s hobby is volunteer umpiring for Little League Baseball and Softball. He was selected to umpire at the 2013 Little League World Series, Junior Softball in Kirkland, WA. He has been married to his wife Lynn for 40 years.
